Today, I went for a run and I started to become so tired. I thought to myself “just stop here. You’re going into the pool later anyway, that will suffice for the remaining of your cardio.” But then, a super up-beat and motivating some came on my iPod, and I ran the rest of the way home. It’s crazy how fast your attitude can change with just the right song.
